The most up to date version of my essential question is:
How can one plan a conference with a focus on leadership?
The foundation questions that I have developed so far are:
1. Who is the conference going to be targeted at?
2. Where will funds come from?
3. When will the conference be held?
4. How will I attract people?
5. Why is attending important?
6. How will this conference benefit people?
7. Who can speak at this conference?
8. How will I get media attention?
9. How will donations be solicited
10. Who will be involved?
Today will be the day that I set up my Easy Bib and then provide quotations and so on.

As we discussed before, you need to be careful about making your questions too specific to your personal conference. You are looking for general information about how anybody can create a conference. And then you're going to use that information to start your own conference.
ReplyDeleteConsequently, you need to reconceptualize questions 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10. Generalize these questions.
