So all I really did last week was read through all of my sources and kind of ask some questions in my head work on foundation questions:

1. Who is the conference going to be targeted at?
2. Where will funds come from?
3. When will the conference be held?
4. How will I attract people?
5. Why is attending important?
6. How will this conference benefit people?
7. Who can speak at this conference?
8. How will I get media attention?
9. How will donations be solicited
10. Who will be involved?


and my essential question that's about it.
