Leadership-capacity to lead
Skills-the ability to use one's knowledge effectively and readily in execution or performance
Capabilities- the quality or state of being capable
Ability- the quality or state of being able
Communication- the act or process of organizing or of being organized
Curriculum- a set of courses constituting an area of specialization
Beliefs- assumptions and convictions that a person holds to be true regarding people, concepts, or things.
Constraint- any element or factor that prevents a person from reaching a higher lever of performance with respect to her goal.
Deficiency- failure to meet a set performance standard.
Morale- The mental, emotional, and spiritual state of an individual.

It's important for young people to become involved in leadership because at sometime throughout your life you will need to step up and lead at something it may be something big or small.
